This website provides information on the Francisco Bay Subdivision located on the north shore of Richland Chambers Lake and is one of the closest lake subdivisions to the city of Corsicana.

Richland Chambers Lake is the third largest lake inside the borders of the State of Texas.  It has approximately 330 miles of shoreline and is approximately 45,000 acres.

We are located in Navarro County, Texas just east of Corsicana and west of Kerens.  We are approximately 50 miles south of Dallas and 60 miles west of  Tyler, Texas.

Richland Chambers is a fishing and boating lake where several fishing tournaments are held during the year.  There is plenty of room for recreational boating, water sking, wake boarding, etc.  There are numerous sailing boat enthusiasts on Richland Chambers as well.  There are three marinas.  South Port Marina is located just off Hwy 287 east of I 45.  Oak Cove Marina is located on Hwy 287 east of I 45.  Fisherman's Point is the southern most marina located close to the dam.  It is off of FM 488.  All three marinas have restaurants and convenience stores with bait shops.   There are two nearby boat ramps.  The state ramp just east of FM 2859 bridge and Sunset Cove just west of FM 2859 bridge.
