Richland Chambers is a fishing and boating lake where several fishing tournaments are held during the year.  There is plenty of room for recreational boating, water sking, wake boarding, sailing, etc.  There are three marinas.  Sunset Cove Marina is located on FM 2859 directly south of Francisco Bay.  Oak Cove Marina is located on Hwy 287 east of I 45.  Fisherman's Point is the southern most marina located close to the dam.  It is off of FM 488.  All three marinas have restaurants and convenience stores with bait shops.  The closest boat ramp is the state ramp just east of FM 2859 bridge.
